Level Indicator v.1.0 added

Level Indicator is a graphic component that displays a bar graphic, like the cellular antenna signal or battery charge:

• The orientation can be horizontal or vertical, up to down, down to up, left to right or right to left.
• The bars may be all the same length or scaled (rising bars).
• The colors can be customized.
• The border can be a 3D frame, a battery shape or nothing.

Author developed this component to show signal strength and battery charge from GPS trackers devices in his programs.
